Hey grace xxx Snaplinks, splitpannel are def needed xx

snaplinks, lets u right click and drag down around the threads u want to open, they open into seperate tabs.
Split pannel i love because on all mag comps, u just right click select split then the page splits in 2, one side i use for the mse answer thread the other i click through to the mag entry form, u can see the answers as u fill the entry form xxx hth xxx

I do use a few other add ons but these are the main 2 that are needed xxx

Thanks toniq hun will go and have a look at those They sound fab. Havent got the time to get back into comping at the mo but in the next few days so am trying to get prepared while i can haha!

The firefox add-ons I use for comping are:

IE TAB - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1419
This is very useful when some sites require Internet Explorer to be able to enter (e.g. Company magazine comps don't submit properly using Firefox for some strange reason). It saves you having to open up IE separately.

SPLIT BROWSER - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4287
This is fantastic for entering the magazine (take a break etc) competitions as you can open the answers on one side and the entry form on the other! I spent ages switching between tabs before someone mentioned it on here!

COPY PLAIN TEXT - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/134
I tend to use this when copying text into an email - I send all my emails plain text, but I noticed that when I was copying them with formatting (bold or italics) my email program was including funny characters. I know that some web based forms will show the formatting too (although you might not see it when you paste it in, the receiver can see it when it has been submitted)

The firefox Roboform Toolbar! Makes filling in the forms so much quicker! Anything that saves time is a bonus!

Open multiple links by dragging the mouse over them. I don't tend to use this very much as my pc can only handle about 5 - 7 tabs open at a time anyway so I just middle click the links open myself!

I've only started using this recently, but I use it quite often to share comps on Facebook and Twitter

hi hun, lovely to see you back.

I love firefox, the main addon i use is Snaplinks for multiple tabs, IE tab for when a comps hates FF - this opens IE within the FF browser, and ref control to hide the fact I'm from MSE, I think I had to update Roboform to work as well.

The latest add on that I use re was in comps discusion a few weeks ago, and is great esp for answering mag comps, its called split browers, and lets you split a window in 2 so that you have 2 pages on top, iyswim.

We don't get a daily comp email anymore but if you go to regular comps it is in there and all listed

This may seem a silly question but I don't have time to check all my emails.. I just scan the title and if it seems spam delete it. should I be reading them all to check if I have won or would it be in the title?
