I hope everyone is having a great Comping January.
My OH and I were lucky delighted to both have recent wins on our local radio station (which is part of the Bauer Media Group). I wondered if a substantial win excludes you from winning again should you name be picked and if so for how long?
Hi, well done on winning. Pretty sure Bauers rules are no more than one £500 win in a time period. I'll check for you because I won a small prize from them and wondered the same. Howver, I think their general terms contradict the specfic comp terms... (oh! the confused smilies' gone! Where d'he go?!!)
EDIT: Yep, here from their Magic terms:
28. A person or people at the same residential address may not win more than one prize valued at £500 or more within one year period following the win. http://mmv.magic.co.uk/terms-conditions#mmm
However, other radio stations, mags etc have different rules. For example, Kerrang Radio says:
32. A person or people at the same residential address may not win more than one prize valued at £50 or greater within a one-year period following the first win. http://www.kerrangradio.co.uk/article.asp?id=28220JNOQRYZAnti-Aging SerumBallet ticketsCash (£125)Diamond earringsEssential OilFlash FebrezeGourmet pizzasHairbrushesIWOOT VoucherKeyring (Creme egg)LucozadeMoney (£100)Peroni CoasterSt Helier TShirt(s!)Toy shape sorterUdderly smoothVoucher car washWeekend to ScotlandXplory Buggy:j0 -
Hi
Not really sure if I am in the right place - story of my life really!
Rec'd an email today from DHL, said they are unable to deliver a parcel due to an incorrect address. There was an attachment with the address label on it. When I tried to open it my computer flagged up with a red banner that a trojan was attached. I have never seen anything like this before but I just wanted to let othere MSE's know as I believe my email has been used via a comp I have entered.
Please feel free to point me in the right direction if this isn't the right place to post.
Thanks everyone:)0 -

Yep, i'm in touch with her.
I've just been reading back as i've not been on here for a week. My youngest daughter (3) had her tonsils and adenoids out last Weds so its been mad in our house and defo no time for comping!
Kips is fine. She still has some health problems but just carries on as normal. I think she still comps when she can and is just taking it easy really! I'll tell her that peeps were asking after her.
Hope your daughter is OK littleholly
