I'm not very technical. I don't like the thought of unused stuff clogging up my machine. Is there an easy was of getting rid of unwanted programs. Can you remove individually? Don't want to risk wiping off everything!!!0

Start > Control Panel > Add/remove Programs > Select Program to remove > Click remove0 -
Is it easy to re-install the OS? Do I need to make a disc from the Dell utility or should I have a disc with it?

You will need to make a CD from the built in utility unless you ordered a Backup disc.0 -

Make sure you put in N03135 (best to copy and paste it), it's still there
