Spud do you have the yellow management book from your CDC? Near the back of there are really healthy low carb meals. There are for the plans 4/5/6 but if he could have one of those a day, something like a light sandwich/salad for lunch and bran for breakfast I think he will still be losing a good proportion of weight. Obvously not as much as you as you are in ketosis but its still a loss. And by the time you get to the higher plans he will have cooking those meals down to a tea

I wish I didnt weigh at home - I'd put a pound on yesterday after my little blip. I'm pretty sure it's gone again though IYKWIM
