    well, i try to do a daily 2mile walk during my lunch break, but apart from that the only other excercise i get it around tescos! or if im runnin about on-plant up and down stairs here and there takes a lot of energy.

    OH has said yes to going for walks and such, but so fair we havent :( bad weather etc - need to really shift a few lbs in prep for weddings :) - not like we eat unhealthy or anything.

    I'm going to have some toast (possibly with Nutella) and then start on my essay. James is calling me back at 6 and he expects 150 words by then or he'll virtually poke me. :D
