    hello all :)

not oinking so much today :) but still pretty congested.

done a proper (more true) budget for wedding last night, and OH now a little bit depressed about it :( was a bit more pricey than first thought, although more "true" to the actual cost.

    hows things?

I am back!! My god it was hot...at the water stations instead of drinking the water I just chucked it over myself....:rotfl:

I got a stitch, swallowed a fly and then got a fly in my eye....I couldn't change the music on my ipod and ended up listening to S Club greatest hits all the way round.....

The last half K was on a playing field and by then I was fed up and I thought I was gonna puke!!!! but I managed to knock 3 whole minutes of my last time and did it in 1.04 woo hoo.....

My friend who hasn't done any training since last november and has never run a race before (and she is 51 but has the body of a runner) wasn't that far behind me..... good job I love her!!!!

Off for a shower and a lie down.....

OMG I think even I'd run quick at the thought of an hour of S Club :rotfl:

Well done hun, and well done to your friend to :T

That's definately not some kind of song...

I'd bet that would be as painful as getting your spleen removed with a straw...
