No idea, probably not, no doubt they will just refer us to the clinic as she seems to be picking up a bit from the antibiotics.

She looks like one of those pictures you see from the war when the poor souls had been in concentration camps. She's skin and bone, her skin is grey, sunken eyes and she has sores all around her mouth.

Ketosis / Ketosis~ Its perfectly safe Gem, as long as you dont go in too deep. There is levels, we aim or the first level where you body attacks fat and thats it. However go deeper and it will attack lean muscle and organs. However the shakes wont put you that low, that resembles stavation. No one has every been that low on CD if they follow the plan right.

Thanks Pap - I'll have a chat to the CDC when she comes on Wednesday.

I think everything that has happened over the last few days has killed my motivation to stick to it, because losing weight just doesn't seem that important.

I'm sure I will feel generally better about everything once I know what's happening with Ryan.

Sexy doctor has just texted me to say he's really looking forward to Saturday, so he hasn't been scared off (I had to explain because I had to keep fobbing him off when he wanted to chat to me). I wish I felt more enthusiastic about seeing him - but I know I WAS excited before F*ck-up Friday happened, so maybe that's something else that will come back once it's all resolved.

I'm not even missing s.e.x - I think I am seriously a bit fed up! :shocked:

Oh Toto I am so sorry about Jas, how awful to watch and have to manage the others as well.

Glandular fever is horrible. And tonsolitis as well, my mates hubby has that and it also makes him pretty ill. I hope you see the doc and a plan is made

Is there a CD thread somewhere? Are you guys posting on it?

Maybe reading what other people are doing would help motivate me.
