Sal - no, I don't get a break because I only work for 5 hours. But when you add in the school and nursery runs, I'm away from home for nearly 8 hours and literally don't stop.

Sammy, I could do it in the loo :rotfl: but what's a tetra pack?

Snaggs I can sympathise with the work colleagues thing.

If I am ever even just cutting down on things never mind a diet I get the old...........what for? There is nothing on you? I think you are being stupid? I wish I was your size?

Makes my blood boil, If I feel uncomfortable in my clothes cause my waistband is threatening to cut off my circulation or I have major muffin top issues then Its MY decision whether I lose weight or not.

    ................and relax:o:rolleyes:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Sall, I am pleased. A stone and a half in 3 weeks :D

Had to buy smaller trousers yesterday :p

Snags, what about the soups, they just make up like a cup a soup. You could bin the packet discretely

I had a few comments in work too, off one person in particular. It just made me more determined to be honest ;)

There's nowhere to do it, I'm in a huuuuuuge open plan aircraft hanger type office. There are restaurants but I can't go because I don't get a break, so anything I eat has to be at my desk.

My confidence is at an all time low and I just can't fend off the comments. :o The ex MIL made a few comments about what I was eating yesterday (nothing nasty, just 'are you enjoying that' etc....but in a slightly snidey way), and I felt so self conscious I wanted to cry. :o

Lol, have a good rant Lou :D it's sooooo annoying isn't it. I think people must be able to tell I've lost weight since Stu left, and I'm getting the 'be careful', 'are you eating properly' type comments, and people assuming I'm losing weight because I'm unhappy etc.

You have to drink them within 15 minutes of making them, so you can't prepare them in advance, otherwise I'd just have taken it in a sports bottle and pretended it was water. :)

I reckon tetras are the way forward for you hun - the ready made cartons with a straw (strawberry chocolate or banana I think). You could have one of them in you handbag, drink when you want and no one would notice :D
