Buffy are they African landsnails? DH knows someone with a reptile small pet place and they are always looking for interesting things. DD nearly came home with a tortoise yesterday, which I would love but at £150 I think not  PM me they might be interested in buying them

Well done Spud. I don't think I will lose anything this week at this rate. I had pizza and wine on Friday and party food and wine yesterday.

Back on it today but 3 days to go till weigh in, so I might have left it too late.

Has anyone had the CD bars? I can't have the shakes at work (because someone else in my department does, and she is laughed at mercilessly...and I can't face that), so I've been having nothing except water from 8am till 4pm, and it's making me really tired. Within 15 mins of having a shake, I feel better, so if I could eat a bar or something at work, I'm pretty sure I'd find it much easier.

Snags is there no way that you can get out for 5 mins to make a shake up and have it? Its an awful long time to go without eating, no wonder you are tired!

Spud another good loss this week, you must be pleased? :)

Snags why don't you just have the tetra packs and then (although for gods sake you should NOT have to do this!) go to the toilet and drink it there....you can't go that long without something - no wonder you are having the urge to cheat....

Stupid people.....!!!!!!! *sammy goes to get heels*

Sall, I am pleased. A stone and a half in 3 weeks :D

Had to buy smaller trousers yesterday :p

Snags, what about the soups, they just make up like a cup a soup. You could bin the packet discretely

I had a few comments in work too, off one person in particular. It just made me more determined to be honest ;)
