Buffy are they African landsnails? DH knows someone with a reptile small pet place and they are always looking for interesting things. Well done Spud. I don't think I will lose anything this week at this rate. I had pizza and wine on Friday and party food and wine yesterday.
Back on it today but 3 days to go till weigh in, so I might have left it too late.
Has anyone had the CD bars? I can't have the shakes at work (because someone else in my department does, and she is laughed at mercilessly...and I can't face that), so I've been having nothing except water from 8am till 4pm, and it's making me really tired.
