Tetra packs sound ideal for when you are at work snags, you could decant into something else I guess?

I reckon tetras are the way forward for you hun - the ready made cartons with a straw (strawberry chocolate or banana I think). You could have one of them in you handbag, drink when you want and no one would notice :D

Oh okay - that might work. I couldn't do it at my desk still, but could hide in the loo and drink it (how hygienic lol).

I just thought if I had the bars, I could take it out of the wrapper and sit and eat it without anyone knowing it was a CD bar.

It's only 2 days I week, so it's not that much of a big deal really, but I just can't face people asking me or laughing at me at the moment because I know I'll get upset.

    I miss Bunny tooo :(

Bum about the shakes Snags, do you make them up with water then or milk?

With water - but there's nowhere to do it other than my desk. The other girl who is doing it gets sooooo much stick because of it, which is horrible, but she's the sort of person who can take it. I'm really not, expecially not just at the moment. :o

I wish Bunny would come back too :( it's not the same without her.

People are so bleeding nosey, annoys the hell out of me. I always used to get comments at my old job about my salad lunches and being on a diet - no I just like salad and I'd rather have clear arteries at 40 thanks

morning all - well done Spud :D

I was thinking about CD the other day just generally - what is the difference between CD and Slimfast? I'm guessing its the same as the CD plan where you eat a small meal at the end of the day? Or is it different in some way?

OH had to be up at 3.30 this morning :eek::eek: as he has gone up to Manchester today to watch the match with his DS and his mate and was being picked up as part of a coach party. He was clattering around something bloody stupid, I was NOT impressed  He was also not very happy in that yesterday he had a bit of an upset stomach (something to do with the beer on Friday night perhaps? :rotfl:) and was a bit gutted to find out that because the coach is already full, he is on the mini bus. Without a toilet  . The clattering was the mild panic to find some immodium, although he has been fine all night and I told him if he took it without now actually having an upset stomach, it would certainly stop him doing anything!! :rotfl:

Shower, cereal and then off to get Charlie. Another lovely day here, few little fluffy clouds and the sun breaking through.

You can do CD in the same way as Slimfast, with a meal each day, but with CD you can do sole source, and not have any food at all. I don't think you can do that with Slimfast, not sure why, maybe it doesn't have enough nutrients on it's own?

Slimfast makes you fart though! CD doesn't appear to! :rotfl:

    morning everyone

well I ended up taking jas back to hospital last night, she is getting sicker and sicker again :( she's had more fluids and IV antibiotics and looks a little brighter this morning. The poor thing is in a lot of pain and is just generally weak and run down, 5 weeks of hardly any food isn't helping. She ended up seeing the consultant plastic surgeon because the ENT dude was too busy, so we're still none the wiser about what happens next.
