Ill try and clarify a few things.
This is not a wind up!
I did buy the house for 50.000 its in the North East of England.
The tenant pays me £110 a week direct into my account.
I have only been seeing her for 4 weeks I have stoped there about 7 nights.
So is what I am doing illegal and do i need to declair it or is it not a issue as I seem to be getting mixed messages.0 -

I live with my parents. The idear of me renting the house is to pay my mam and dad back £15.000 then move in and reduce my weekly payment of £100 to £50 a week.

Yes I borrowed 29k and when I have paid back 15k I will be moving into the house i rent0
