    Thank you for your replys.

Ill try and clarify a few things.

This is not a wind up!

I did buy the house for 50.000 its in the North East of England.

The tenant pays me £110 a week direct into my account.

I have only been seeing her for 4 weeks I have stoped there about 7 nights.

So is what I am doing illegal and do i need to declair it or is it not a issue as I seem to be getting mixed messages.

Precisely - you need to keep things nice and grey.

And landlords can get paid directly, naijapower - been there myself - though sadly I never had quite such a good rapport with my tenants as the OP has.
Yes they do in exceptional cases. None mentioned by OP hence my doubt

why don't you simply invite your tenant to stay over at yours instead?

You would have thought so but then it could all be a fallacy....a complete fallacy of ambiguity

I live with my parents. The idear of me renting the house is to pay my mam and dad back £15.000 then move in and reduce my weekly payment of £100 to £50 a week.

Plus she has a child so there would be know room for her here.
