Is this offer one per person as it states on the website or one per household?

I've already got one and wanted one for my partner who's at the same address but it doesn't seem to be going through.

I used a different email address but same postal address and payment card, went through fine and recieved my second pack yesterday

Just checked my credit card statement... I have been charged twice! :mad: I ordered the dongle on Thursday so haven't received anything yet. Not sure if I should try and contact the company or my credit card? I really don't want to have to spend time on this, shame.

call your credit card co they are normally very good about cancelling double payments - it also alerts them early to naughty retailers

I dont get like how many hours u can get out of it and stuff, I just want it to surf the net? how long would it last? and do u HAVE to top up every month? can any1 help

It depends on how much data you use rather than the time spent online. For instance you could download this page and look it for 1 minute or 1 hour and it will cost the same. The networks give rough guides of how much usage you will get for your allowance.

No, you don't have to top up each month.
