    Hey.

How long does it take for the dongle to be delivered?

I've just been talking this over with the other half and she has pointed out that I already have unlimited internet on my vodafone contract sim (which is currently in my 5800). If I get the dongle, unlock it and put my voda sim in it will that work?

It will work but beware of download limits or caps.

Also there is a LOT of people now reporting they are getting less than a month with the iPhone sims now as O2 have got wind of this so beware

    Sligtly off topic BUT ....

just wondered if anyone had tried to top up the credit on one of these for FREE ?

    Up to £4 worth !

Don't know if anyone here is aware but Coca Cola is running a promotion that is on 500ml bottles and ???ml cans of Dr. Pepper, Sprite and Fanta.

Under the ringpulls of Promo cans and on the reverse of the bottle labels are 10digit codes that each are worth 50p credit towards your mobile phone bill.
Works with all the major operators on both PAYG and pay monthly.

You can enter (online) up to 8 codes per mobile phone number - so £4 - but only once per day.

You do it here >>> https://www.gimmecredit.co.uk

I've fully done 3 phones so far and suddenly thought about the USB mobile dongles and wondered if it would work with them.

I've got 2 - one from 3 on a monthly contract deal and one (an O2 version from another MSE offering that was free - just P&P - from Littlewoods Direct - actually £10 but used a £10 off code) that I've yet to use at all.

Haven't tried it on either yet - not quite brave enough to go first  but thought I'd see if someone else had already tried it :)

If not at least you are now aware of getting up to £4 free credit on your mobile.

I've done mine so far for absolutely nowt - not bought a single can or bottle - just kept my eyes open - found loads of discarded bottles here, there and everywhere.
Outside my newsagents, local supermarket carpark, football ground & even the library. :):):)

You'll maybe have more luck if you start a new thread rather than resurrecting a 6 month old one.
