My family love pork +apple burgers, not very challenging admittedly, I usually serve with potato wedges and lemon mayonnaise, not great for the waistline mind you but very tasty.
· 500g Pork Mince
· 1 med apple peeled and cored, grate if mixing by hand
· 1 approx tablespoon of apple sauce
· S+P
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl or food processor mix until it all comes together
2. Form into balls then press into burger shapes
3. Cover and put in fridge for about 30mins, this helps to keep it together while cooking apparently
4. Remove from fridge, spray or brush with a little oil and grill, yummy
Using the apple sauce binds it all together, so no need for an egg, it also enhances the apple flavour.0 -
Meatloaf?? You can add some beef mince too if you want too. Breadcrumbs, egg, 5 spice or Lea & perrins, tomato puree, bake in a loaf tin for about 1 1/2 hours - you can eat hot or slice cold.0

Chilli, I am not a chilli lover but with pork mince it is REALLY tasty!Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.0

Hi twinklelittlestar,
There's an earlier thread with lots of ideas for recipes using pork mince that should help so I've added your thread to it to keep the suggestions together.
