I'm a bit worried I may have crashed the RE site....I just accepted an Ebbsfleet job !!! ;) It may go into shock lol

(For those out of area -no-one ever seems to take Ebbsfleet -they hang around for weeks)

I've thanked you simply for taking an Ebbsfleet job!! :j:j

btw quick query with everyone else when i have had to buy something for all other companies theres a reimbursement. for this job i have to spend minimum of £x and it says I will not got reimbursed - fee is only £xx. without reimbursement I will be in minus figures for this job as lots of miles too. Do all ABA-i reimbursement style jobs work like this or am I misunderstanding something???

I have a job like this too. The £x spend is to spend on things you would normally use anyway so though you will in effect only get £x for the job you'll have £x worth of goods you may have had to buy elsewhere to use. (milk etc):D

Please don't mention the fees as it's confidential information.

Can someone PM with the info on the RE sandwiches please. They seem to come up every week. I'm in London and I never see them. Is there any criteria or do you have to have a perfect score like some of the restaurant jobs? I'm sure I'm not too old for sandwiches although looking on Bare I am for most things

It shows up on my account because it's in the vicinity of Bluewater - but the other side of Bluewater to me so far too far to travel just for a coffee or bottle of water!

thing is the stuff I have to buy I wouldnt normally use. anyhow its still goods and still money I guess.
But you don't have to buy anything specific, unless it's the cafe scenario, in which case you have to buy a drink. Granted, the choice is usually somewhat restricted in a petrol station , but surely everyone uses milk/bread/juice/magazines etc?

    From the ALERTS thread:

Jeez, what is wrong with people?!

A lot of regular contributors on here have alerts set up to email them when there are new posts on the alert thread. I'm one of those people. These emails get sent to my mobile phone. When I see an email alert, i get straight onto the thread ASAP to see what the jobs are.

I do not appreciate interrupting whatever I'm doing to see general chit-chat and not a job alert.

Yes, it's a democracy, it's a free world, but I do more than my fair share to help people on here with the job alerts, so it's not asking too much for people to use the right threads for the right things, or is it?

People never seem to understand do they...

But maybe they do have a point about your red ink, perhaps PMing the poster would be better?

Yep I've linked it with a fairly well paying Bluewater job-mainly because I want to check out the terminal for a future Eurostar trip. Hope it doesn't trigger the begging phonecalls :)

Seems to be fastest finger first but quite a lot of them are at weekends too. Like you I'm "too old" for some of the Bare stuff but get the posh sarnies no problem.
