im going to go by £3 per week regardless of actual work i get. I still need use of home and electricity etc etc etc to check for work and register at places (as i have been doing end of april weeks without work) and to organise all my paperwork. Also for example when a job is cancelled you have still used all of this. And yesterday I had to make phone calls and send lots of emails to try and sort out some issues so I am using the home even if my calendar is empty.
I am sure £3 a week must be ok to claim and thats what I am now sticking with as its on government website so must be correct.
btw good news with the ABA-i query I had about taking a job to do within 2 days when i cant do it till saturday. I sent them an email and then assigned it to myself (I was a bit worried i was cheating or something ) and they emailed me late last night to say thats fine. So I am please as I actually have a job this week now! :j0 -
Quick question - just managed to grab a pet shop on RE. As soon as I did, ALL the others vanished. Do they restrict you to only one? I know with some clients it's ok to do more than one, so can anyone say if this client is definitely only one, or is there something wrong with the system????0

That would be unusual
Ring them up and ask! But it looks like you only can have one at a time.
If they are short of shoppers then they can alter the system to let you take more.0 -
btw quick query with everyone else when i have had to buy something for all other companies theres a reimbursement. for this job i have to spend minimum of £5 and it says I will not got reimbursed - fee is only £10. without reimbursement I will be in minus figures for this job as lots of miles too. Do all ABA-i reimbursement style jobs work like this or am I misunderstanding something???
I have a job like this too. The £5 spend is to spend on things you would normally use anyway so though you will in effect only get £5 for the job you'll have £5 worth of goods you may have had to buy elsewhere to use. (milk etc):D0 -
thing is the stuff I have to buy I wouldnt normally use. anyhow its still goods and still money I guess.0

I went to RE after I read your post and could see about 8 petshops -which all vanished after I accepted one too-so yes looks like one per person.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Oh right - thanks for that - saves me a phone call!
Shame though, the dates were spread out over 2 or 3 weeks - I could quite happily have done 2 locations and left lots of time in between the jobs.0 -
