I and several others attended a training day after we all signed up to ABA, for me it was about 40mins drive, for a few hours to be honest i am a little disappointed as after several emails and call i finally get an email to say that they will be in touch if/when there is work available in my area???

Just to let you all know...

Received an email from Gfk just about the Phone shop assignment I was unable to do as it was too busy. I'm going to retry again tomorrow. They're paying me half the fee for today, and the full fee for tomorrow (providing it goes to plan tomorrow!).

Will be REALLY nerve-wracking going in for the 2nd time, but might try and go a bit earlier so it's less busy. Might tie my hair up as well so I look slightly different, ha ha!

So all in all, a happy ending really... watch this space for tomorrow!

That's good, at least you have read through the notes and were organised for it, the second time will be easier....... heres hoping ;)

Did the Casino visit on Friday with my partner - we went in together in the end. Had a great time, won some money back! The staff were good, the barman especially great!

I did one too with a friend and it was a good night out. I was most impressed by the food as we both had steaks and they were really tasty. I reckon I'm about £30 up on the job, all in all, as for once the reimbursement is more than generous - makes a nice change!
