Did you reply to the email? As I got a further email on Sunday listing places which still needed visiting... unfortunately I didn't get it until after the shops were shut, as I was out working all day on other assignments...

After 2 days of no luck, I have been able to finally submit my ESA survey today :j
No reply from them, but I re-answered a couple of questions and it then allowed me to submit.
cte111 and squeaky, I have pm'd you as you both seemed to be having the same problem. I hope it helps:beer:

Just to let you all know...

Received an email from Gfk just about the Phone shop assignment I was unable to do as it was too busy. I'm going to retry again tomorrow. They're paying me half the fee for today, and the full fee for tomorrow (providing it goes to plan tomorrow!).

Will be REALLY nerve-wracking going in for the 2nd time, but might try and go a bit earlier so it's less busy. Might tie my hair up as well so I look slightly different, ha ha!

So all in all, a happy ending really... watch this space for tomorrow!
