can anyone help

am just inputting on RE and it is not accepting one of my answers - it is a shop drinks one - it is the question at the beginning where you have to describe the experience. I have tried writing lots then thought maybe I had written too much (dont laugh) - but when I come to submit it just comes back as an error (but no clue as to how many characters I am meant to write)

Any ideas (apart from throwing a brick at my monitor).
