I have not yet had any pay from them as only started this month. My only concern is whether I would know exactly what jobs have been paid...are they itemised like RE?
You won't have any idea what you've been paid for !!! Its a real pain and all you can do is work out yourself exactly which jobs fall into the 1 May - 31 May and add all the fees/reimbursements up . If the figure is what Gap have paid you then everything is hunky dory. If its not the same then you will have to email Gap, list out ALL the jobs you should have been paid for and list what they should have paid you for each job. If they have made a mistake they will put it right the following month.
I don't think there is any easy way around this - if anybody knows different then I'd love to know about it!ELITE 5:2

Someone on here did a wonderful spreadsheet, easy to calculate who owes you for what work, one e-mail saying you have not paid for .....
and it would all be sorted very quickly, no problem:T0 -

Has anyone had any problems with GFK?
I have 2 jobs booked, they want me to undergo a test before printing the paperwork, I followed the test (only about 8-9 questions) and just input them as per the briefing notes, but GFK keep saying that I have one question wrong?
I even chopped and changed answers and still the same message. Wouldnt mind so much, but the answers are really obvious and they keep saying wrong to all answers I give!
Jobs cancelled, GFK can go elsewhere :rotfl:
I had problems on Thursday with GfK, completing a test for a job I'd booked for Saturday (Historic Holy Place!)
It was longer than their usual tests and I've never had problems before, but no matter what I put, it kept saying "you have one or more answers incorrect" etc and try as I might, I just could not get it to submit. Like you I kept jiggling about with the answers but no joy, and as I was convinced they were right anyway first time around I gave up in the end and tried again the next day.
On Friday though the same thing was happening and by this time it was driving me nuts!! I couldn't for the life of me figure out which were wrong.
In the end I emailed them and said as far as I could tell, they were all OK but could they please give me a hint & let me know if one or more were incorrect so I could rectify it blah blah...........
They emailed back and said not to worry, but question ? was wrong, and to just do it again.
According to the briefing notes there's no mention of the answer they wanted to that question and it contradicts all other notes we've ever had from them! I altered my answer - still none the wiser as to which answer they wanted and after the second attempt it went through, but I still reckon its wrong!
I enjoyed the job anyway!:D0 -
