    Hi everyone,

Just caught up with all the posts form the last few days, you have all been busy! I've had a whole four days off & been to stay with my sister :D. We had some lovely girlie chill time with our Mum, now feeling nice and relaxed :j. Please could I have a PM about the Abai hardware shop? I have no idea which one it is. I thought I had them all.

I had a phone call today from a lovely lady at GAP. Golden arches are saying they didn't have a female customer ordering a particular burger meal on the day I said I did my report . I was expecting some comeback because the MOS on the till was so couldn't be bothered and turned away from me to serve someone else half way through my order. I told the GAP lady that I very very short hair and very little bust but I am definitely all woman :rotfl:. She was very apologetic about having to ask though!

Please would someone be so kind as to post the link to the June challenge? I can't find it :(

Just people pledging something like "I'll earn £100 in June". It's just a bit of fun, as far as I'm aware it's not serious or binding or anything like that.

About 30-40 mins is about right; think my first one took an hour though. They're straightforward and should be quite enjoyable. Just take your time and familiarise yourself with the paperwork beforehand.

Thanks johnny. It went very well and took me an hour to do it. It was the manager's day off and the only one staff member there closed the shop and helped me do it. He was very nice and even offered me drinks before I left.

    Question.......
On some jobs where it says to buy something and they reinburse you it also says not to return it unless its faulty. Do they really check? I bought something a couple of weeks ago for a job but I will never use it!! Has anyone ever retuned anything?
    ta peeps :)
    Hi pink
I've never returned something bought on an MS, yet, but how would they know? Why would it matter?
ilovefreegle.org - give it away don't throw it away :)

I know I have spoken to staff at RE regarding returning items. They ARE able to see who has returned items purchased as part of a mystery shop (at least if you use the receipt). The very nice lady I spoke to seemed appalled that people would do this. It is against the terms of the shopping contract that you accept when you sign up to do the job, and it is in effect conning the client out of more money than they are willing to pay for the mystery shop to be done. Can you not use the item as a gift for someone? Or exchange it for something you can use? Perhaps check if they have an on-line store to see if there is anything you can exchange it for there?

When I enquired, I was told it was perfectly acceptable to buy a gift voucher, but the client wished for the shopper to use the reimbursement in full (or as close to as possible), hence putting restrictions on what should be bought. My shop was a sports retail outlet, but I imagine it is similar for many others.

According to the first page, MCE pay on the 30th of each month, which was Saturday, so I'm assuming today?

I made a miscalulation when working out my finances last week and my account is likely to go overdrawn if a MS payement doesn't show up today!
