    Had to release two jobs
One on Fri & one on Sat
As my son had a car accident and I was unsure as to what was happening
I have been docked 4 points in total which is understandable
However will it prevent me get future jobs ?
I did explain to lady on phone (I was verging on hysterical at this point) and she was very nice about it all
Son is going to be fine whiplash & bruising some iriot just pulled out on him at a junction

Glad he's OK that's what is important
You don#'t say which company so I'm going to guess it's RE based on the 2 point loss per cancelled job and say No if you are usually reliable then it won't. I've always found them very nice too

Gap has just asked me to do an audit tonight. The guy said it would only need 40 minutes but it says 1-1 1/2 hour in the brief! I have never done any before and would be grateful for any tips and advice.

About 30-40 mins is about right; think my first one took an hour though. They're straightforward and should be quite enjoyable. Just take your time and familiarise yourself with the paperwork beforehand.

    Question.......
On some jobs where it says to buy something and they reinburse you it also says not to return it unless its faulty. Do they really check? I bought something a couple of weeks ago for a job but I will never use it!! Has anyone ever retuned anything?
    ta peeps :)

Hi Pinkprincess! Not sure which company your question relates to but I have done it a couple of times and have been ok with it. No questions were asked!

I just did an express visit for TNS and was 2p below the minimum spend threshold, do you think it will matter? I would have been over but the SEL for one of the items I bought was incorrect.

I would make sure that you put this in the notes, with the details of the item in question, just to make sure that they are aware.

    I'm sure they won't mind!

Hiya, I am a newbie on the forum so I am not sure what can be said and what can't!
I think they will still give you your receipt back after marking the item as returned! From my experience, I think you should be fine. BTW, my returns were for the same MS company as well! :cheesy:
