I did an MS at a chicken shop near my house. They got s good report but will probably know, from something I put in my report, who it was that wrote it (an elderly customer was taken ill, and the member of staff offered to phone someone to come and pick her up...I mentioned this in the outstanding service section).

Anyway a couple of days ago housemate asked if I'd pick him some chicken up on my way home from work. They were just closing as I got there but insisted on cooking me a fresh meal..... I bet they were very dissapointed not to get another good MS report this month!!)

If you are talking about the questions/test they initially ask you before accepting work for a client, they give you 3 chances to pass the test, if you fail then thats it, you wont be able to re-take

I think you may be talking about the accreditation questions - you only get one attempt at those, but some on here have told me that they reset them every few months.

Had to release two jobs
One on Fri & one on Sat
As my son had a car accident and I was unsure as to what was happening
I have been docked 4 points in total which is understandable
However will it prevent me get future jobs ?
I did explain to lady on phone (I was verging on hysterical at this point) and she was very nice about it all
Son is going to be fine whiplash & bruising some iriot just pulled out on him at a junction

Question.......
On some jobs where it says to buy something and they reinburse you it also says not to return it unless its faulty. Do they really check? I bought something a couple of weeks ago for a job but I will never use it!! Has anyone ever retuned anything?
