I like the Alerts thread, but then again, I'm not set up to receive email alerts so perhaps that is why I don't find it annoying that people post one job in a random place. For me, having the Alerts Thread keeps me upto date with things that I would otherwise miss. I'm usually too late to post an alert because my the time I see them, they are usually already posted.
Thanks to everyone that post alerts and to everyone that keeps this thread going0 -
isn't it between 11:30 and 2:30 pm ?0

It means you can visit before 1130 and after 1430 - basically they don't want you in there during the lunch period.
(Yes, some locations are set for visits >1130 - <1430 EDIT: Meaning you can only visit between 1130 - 1430)0 -
Can I just see how others on here interpret these assignment times please? It seems a very odd way of writing it, this is what they put... " < 1130 - > 1430 ".
I think I know what they are trying to say, just say what you see and I'll see if the consensus is with me or not! Ta...
Well, in Maths, x < y would mean that x is smaller than y , and a > b means that a is bigger than b
So going on that theory, I'd say you have to do the job before 11.30 or after 14.30?

You aren't the only one , I did too. The only one left was a mobile phone shop, which it rejected me for. Probably because I only did it two months ago.
Same story on RE, all I have seen in the last three weeks are pubs, with literally one or two retail jobs. Is it worth me ringing them do you think? I haven't had any queries and I have only cancelled one job in months. My defined areas are all good - got one city and one very large town covered

Nads and TG both say what I thought... I still don't know what to do though. I had some of these a few months ago, and didn't notice the < and > until after the visit, so I did it between 1130 and 1430. They accepted it and paid, which makes me confused.Dan

Clues shouldn't even be cryptic really, they should just state the type of store IMO.

the signs are less than and then more than so this suggests before 1130 or after 1430.0 -

Have downloaded one of the accounting packages recommended
Now I read lots on here about spreadsheets and obviously some of you long term MS'ers have taken time & effort to create these for yourselves
Is there anyone who would be willing to pm a copy of such a spreadsheet ?
I would truly appreciate it
I am determined to be super organised from the start but am worried I will miss something obvious as I have not done this type of work before
Thanks in advance of one of you saving my tortured soul
Sorry to bump myself and I know its a busy night with footie & the apprentice but can anyone suggest a poster who is a whizz with these spreadsheets ?

All truth goes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Then, it is violently opposed. Finally, it is accepted as self-evident.0
