I'm sure I read that you can send them in the same envelope, but have to list all the job numbers on the front of it.

I know what you mean, I keep meaning to print off some labels with the address on as it's so long!

You can also scan the receipts and send them via email, if that makes it any easier? I do this, as it costs less and I get to keep the receipts in case I get auditted for tax. I staple them to my brief/report and file them like that so they don't get lost. That way, if the email gets lost, I have a scanned copy to resend, and I have the original to rescan in case of computer meltdown!

I usually scan my receipts but did a couple of airport jobs on my way out of the country so obviously couldn't scan them so ended up finding a white surface (the bath in our hotel room ) took a digital photo-downloaded it to my laptop and added it.

Ooh thank you,I didn't realise that, I scan receipts for everyone else , TNS is the only one I send them to, will try doing this in future.
