Yep, its broken! We broke it! I'd just logged on, so I got 4, maybe 5 jobs before it went down .....

Its a problem, isn't it - fortunately I'm not going anywhere specially on these, its to places I'm passing through anyway.

EDIT - Pimms! Its the only spirit I ever drink - and I drink it neat, sometimes with an ice cube.... Yum. Slurp. Whatever.....

The telephone calls on RE now state no fee, but £5 reimbursement. Exactly how does that work?

Quick question re: TNS and sending receipts back. If you have several to send, do you send them all together? I've got 4 to send back and it's really annoying having to use 4 envelopes to send things back to the same place just 'cos the reference numbers of the jobs are different!
