before the phone frenzy alert for GAP this appeared in the alerts thread "New York Railway on GAP going fast" - as with the coffee alert earlier I cannot work out what on earth this is! Is this another one I need to see if I can join or is it one that should be on my list???

And FINALLY I have two jobs with Gap

I have just booked so many mobile phone jobs in the West Midlands... I think between them and supermarket think 21s I've got every day covered for two weeks! Sorry to anybody whose local mobile phone shop I stole, but it *is* fastest finger first!

I just picked up 6:T

On 1 of the phone jobs it stated that you can only do 1 job in any 1 day for same client, however I applied for 2 in the same area on the same day which were both approved??? they were 1 for the "client" and 1 for the competitor. Am I right in thinking that if I wasnt allowed do them both in same day they wouldnt have been approved??

Just picked up the one in my area.
Seems simply enough. Did 2 for Aba a coupel of weeks ago, and they seem more in depth.

I think so. I didn't actually look at that... all mine were approved. I've got problems if you can't do more than one on one day.

Just checked... it only seems to say one job per day only on the competitor visits. So if you're visiting more than one competitor store on one day it's a problem, if its one competitor one of their own stores it's fine, as is more than one of their own stores. That's my logical interpretation of it anyway!

I accepted a phone job in an area near me in the last wave and when I called to check the opening hours was told that the phone concession was no longer in that store. I emailed GAP and told them and they cancelled it.
So being an idiot the same job appeared today and i accepted it...DUH!!!
I know I was an idiot to apply for job in a site that is no longer there but surely GAP should not have listed it again!!??:cool:

Leave it there ... then on the day you're meant to do it, email Gap and tell them you visited in good faith and the store wasn't there so you still expect to be paid. They've paid up for me a couple of times in this situation.

I'm annoyed because I took a competitor job in Lichfield, and the name of the shopping centre it was in wasn't familiar... so I googled it. It was in !!!!!!ing Tamworth! So I had to cancel it, and I'm NOT pleased, I've already had to cancel a few too many jobs with GAP as it is.
