If you have had quite high bills in the past, do you know if you're a Select customer? If you're Gold or Bronze, you can upgrade early.

i did in my 07 contract, £143 was the highest, but someone said these wouldnt count for anything anymore have had a couple around £50 - £60 with internet usage

someone in another forum said i can transfer my remaining months to another contract? is this true? can i open a 31 month iphone contract? they would recieve an extra £7.50 per month than expected for those 7 months...plus my happiness with the company after my severe annoyance at their treatment over my repair

No you can't do that.

CPW sometimes allow you to upgrade 2 months early and put those on the back of a new contract, maybe thats where the person got it from.
