    Afternoon all,

    I had a little nap but mostly led on the sofa watching tv. I actually feel worse :confused:.

    Emily i agree with everyone else i think your friend is being selfish. I hope you manage to sort things out with your OH.

    Aaaaaaaanyway....Emily what the girls have said is spot on, she will be hormonal and maybe a little bit jealous of your relationship seeing as hers is away for a while :confused: it'll sort itself out in the end, try not to fret too much xx

    I've got a bird in my kitchen :eek: flippin thing's s*** everywhere, council have been informed about where they're getting in, waiting for them to come and sort it :rolleyes: in the meantime I've got to scrub and disinfect everything within an inch of it's life now :rolleyes: luckily it's kitchen day and it hadn't been done already :D

    Got the first double glazed window going in today about 4.30 ish :j and I hope he's quick cause I've got to pick littley up from Wednesday Club at school for 5. Another busy day. This afternoons customer's hoover wasn't working so I had to clean all the skirts/doors and paintwork for nigh on 3 hours, that's not including the 2 bathrooms, kitchen, master bed, 2 reception rooms Gah! I'm so tired, don't know what's wrong with me I just want to sleep and don't even mention housemaids knee, they're all flat and red :eek:

    Clear and wipe worksurfaces
    Scrub down the front of units and large appliances
    Level Two
    Wipe and replace small appliances
    Clean oven and hob
    Wash windows and sills
    Level Three
    wash paintwork
    Sweep and mop the floor
    Degunge the fridge!

    put bin out for binmen
    make beds
    housekey for work

    empty DW
    reload DW
    get diesel
    WM
    pay rent

    I'm gonna do a HHC starting now to see what I can get done in the kitchen, I don't wanna do it but may as well seeing as I'm waiting around for the window guy. Join in if you like guys x

    I had to go to town today - to the sorting office to be exact to collect.... yes ANOTHER HUG IN A PACKAGE!!! you lot are something else - it wasnt my usual postie the other day or he would have known where to leave it - any way I happen to know who this is from and she has been told off .....nicely of course!!!! I got lovely cream cosy fluffy socks, a long fine chiffony black and white spotty scarf and a turquoise 3 strand necklace(which I have on!) I think you lot are trying to smarten me up!!!
    After I had a wander around the charity shops and came home ..................there was another package waiting for me behind the door - with a super cotton shopping bag in pink with spots in pinks purples & greens, emery boards, a pen, a flower shaped notebook and a balloon with a light inside and a packet of broccoli sprouts - not seen them before -and a lovely hand made card!

    I dont know what to say - you are all so lovely and kind - my 'hugs' have been so special. HShugs11.gif and thanks to you all xxxxxx

    Dusted LR, bookcase, and bedroom, wiped doors and frames, and sorted out floordrobe, which means I can hoover tomorrow

    Lists looking a lot better now!

    When putting part of floordrobe in wash basket, remembered that DH had asked to wash a specific top he needs to wear tomorrow. Oops! Put the WM on, and will put it on the heated towel rail and have to hope it's dry by 7am when he puts it on!

    Personal list:
    Wash up – Mon x 1 Tues x 1
    Walk
    Davina DVD
    Write cards/letters to friends
    Sort out working tax credits
    Empty and de-mould(if required) shoe cupboard
    Put in for prescription (forgot to ask for an item last week)
    Find a dentist

    Sew up bras (found another two that need sewing up)
    Sew up knitted cushion cover
    Start knitting something new
    Clean oven

    Hmm grammar exam today didn't go as well as it might have, but it should be okay I think. Have caught up but will probably forget people, sorry if I do!
    Emily - you are not a bad friend at all, I completely agree with what everyone else has said.
    Rose - hope the 2 hour plan works for you! Take it easy honey.
    Mumoffour - good luck at the docs, I agree with the others who say you should definately not be afraid of the doctor! (Although I accept I'm biased, my mum is a GP so I grew up around doctors and spending lots of time in the practice)
    Tootles - that list looks far too long honey! I love hearing about your hug in a packages - the turquoise necklace should help your sore throat as well (blue is the colour for the throat chakra).

    Need to start with the washing up though, ugh. There's a mountain of it because I'm rather useless at it. But I'll do that then go through the kitchen list. People are coming to check electrical stuff on Friday so it all needs to be clean and tidy.
