Holly, Lilme, Crafty hope you feel better soon

Greenbee, hope you hear about a job you want soon and hope your muscles are better soon

Well done to Nicki’s DD for learning how to iron

Hugs Toots hope you can get some rest today

Well done Lizzy on doing your washing up. I have a big problem with washing up and have been known not to do any until I’ve run out of every plate/cup/bowl/knife/spoon etc. I’m now gradually getting more control over it and washed up most days last week, which is a major breakthrough! I know what it’s like to not want to do it, but it is a lot easier to keep on top of it and not let it build up and the kitchen looks tons better now!

Hugs Jackiewhizz, that’s awful about the burglary

Daydream, glad your pup is ok now!

Julie, that’s such a great picture you’ve painted of us all growling at Jo’s ex!

Triker hope your probs are sorted now, hugs for your DD

Lazarus, thanks for letting us know about Quillion, hope she will be better soon

Crafty, sounds like I should use Petigrain, I have all those problems! How do you use it, what do you do?

Jill sorry to hear about your rows with DH and the mortgage, hope things will improve soon

    Welcome to the thread Techra

    Hugs LL

Had a really bad evening yesterday, was crying endlessly and feeling really really depressed. DH was really kind, but I just couldn't calm down. Eventually I phoned my mum, and she said I was overtired and need to eat properly at lunchtime. She's right, I've noticed that I often get bad just before dinnertime, and I am really tired from the weekend. I think I overdid it.
Feeling a bit calmer today, but have a headache and terribly tired.I think I will got for a walk down the road as I really want to stretch my legs, and then see how I feel after that. Might go back to bed, or might do some flying.
The good thing is I'm too tired to get anxious about going for a walk!
Oh, and I've got to phone work too, they want me to ring them. Will do that first
