Just popping in between the gym and reflexology to tell Jo that I hope she's decided to go to the gym - remember you want to feel fabulous today, and all the endorphins will give you a glow that no amount of flying can!

Let us know how it goes xxx

Pain is better now I've got things moving, but I'll be contacting work to check a few details about the new office (like step free access... location of accessible parking... whether my boss has been silly enough to book an upstairs meeting room for Monday as there is no lift in the building :D

Morning all. I'm feeling more human today after a good sleep (and a small lie in :o ) but I'm in pain from coughing - I've pulled muscles on both sides of the bottom of my ribs and the coughing is also giving me a headache  I'm just going to have a hot drink and washing my coat (it needs it :o) then I'm going to go to bed for an hour or so. Sleeping seems to be helping, just a pity I can't seem to sleep when I go to bed  Then a bath & I'll change my bed as well. ;)

lil-me - yep its the fact that I'm not so sick that I can't do stuff, its just that its irritating and so draining some days I can't do anything other than doze. If I go into work I risk infecting in our corridor alone 110 kids (with QCA? And SATs over the next 2 weeks) and 11 staff members, then theres all the other kids and staff as there's regularly another 6 or so staff who 'come visit us' in the corridor :rotfl::rotfl: I figure its safer for me to stay home and rest as much as possible and dose myself up with meds when necessary. My coughing is so bad some times I'm nearly sick and when I'm feeling dopey I forget what I'm doing and can't concentrate on anything for more than a minute or two so how could I assist the kids? Yesterday I kept dropping things and then there's dizzy spells. Today is the first day I've managed to do the school run (not even 5 mins to get there on foot) without feeling dizzy, instead I just kept coughing to the point of crying and nearly wetting myself! :o
