Im pleased with what Ive got done today. Ive dusted and hoovered all the rooms. S&sed bathroom. Been cooking so have not done kitchen yet.

    recycling out.
    Cleared computer table.
    Wiped window sills.
    Wiped banister rails.
    Made a chilli.

Went to see mum and took her for a walk which she enjoyed. Then walked back via the country park lake. Its a beautiful walk and I dont know why I havent done it before. Noticed today that there is some Canadian Geese there. Had a sit down when I got back and a cuppa.

Rosepink why did he have the chair behind the door? was it the front door? and poorly or not that little lot would have been straight in the bin if it had been me :rotfl: I really feel your frustration, you're working so hard to get the place nice and someone who is old enough to know better is hampering your efforts, with due respect.

I've started yet another book, I have books lying here and there all half read :D depending on where I'm sitting I pick it up and have a read and if I'm sitting somewhere else I have a little read of that one :D I'm crackers I've decided!

Need to finish my coffee then go for DD1 soon...oooh and I've looked at the utilty room inbetween books, it needs yet another coat but it will definitely be the last one, CBA to do it yet though.....maybe I'll get the urge later on..

Yes it was the front door and I've no idea why it was there. He seems to just not notice or care about mess, and is very happy to live like a pig. It's wierd tho, cos every few months he has a big sort out and throws loads of carp away. But in the meantime it doesn't matter to him.

I'm very happy that the bathroom is so clean. At the moment that's the only clean and tidy bit of our bedsit, so I might spend the evening in there! It's all clean and shiny! :rotfl:

Yes, my back garden is very beautiful......not perfect but soooooooooooooo much better than it was. The front still needs doing, but i still have lots of braches etc which i need to get rid of. I keep filling up the garden waste bin, but its only emptied every two weeks! So its taking a while to get rid of it all!

Once I get it all cleared I need to sort out the lawn at the front. I did the back yesterday. Strimmed it, raked it, strimmed it again, went over the lawn with a garden fork, fed the lawn then sprinkled it with grass seed, then raked over the seeds so they all got wet (helps with germination apparently!) so Im hoping that it will start to look like a lawn as opposed to a large patch of weeds and dandelions!

    !! :D

Thats really good, but it was a typo, I meant to say PANTS!!!!!:rotfl:

    napalm?? :D

I may have to resort to that...... Strangely enough I found a recipe for it online in the Acidburn Cookbook. Basically get some petrol and some styrofoam and keep adding the styrofoam until the petrol won't dissolve it anymore. The resultant syrup is, essentially, napalm.... it's amazing what you can find on t'internet these days...
