waves feebly as was hiking around Lea Green; Cromford, Dethick, Holloway yesterday...the Derbyshire Dales are beautiful, bluebell clad and ****** hilly :rotfl:
Hugs Froddy to the boy's family but also to the lad charged ... life changed in a moment for so many there.
Hugs MOJ2 - I would introduce the 'concept' of a GF...not least because when DD met dad's GF (well the first one:rolleyes:) she was fine until DS told ME they'd met dad's GF she flipped - she thought GF was 'just a friend'. Unfortunately I was 'tipped off' that day (had been spotted by a neighbour) so I couldn't forewarn her - and when I asked him to explain he accused me of 'winding DD up to cause trouble' Laughable as I needed to get them both settled and in bed! He's on No 3 now and lived with 1 and is living with 3!

And WTG Vanilla - many congrats and welcome to Rhys (fab name)

Hugs pigpen - but gentle ones obviously.

Loved the Shawshank in a minute! Thanks Oddjob.

Now...did she or didn't she (that shall I date the gym bloke thread) summarise someone - pretty please.

    See you later

Anyone know where the real me is  So far today I have stripped the bed, washed the bedding and that is now drying on the line. I have been to Mr A and done my shopping. I've planted carrots, lettuces and squash. I've washed up and S & S the kitchen. I've done a 60 in 60. And I've made a huge yummy salad and am eating half of it now and the rest id ready for tomorrow's lunch! I never do this much on a Sunday morning and I never have my packed lunch ready this early!

Mind you - I am now pooped and planning on lazing on the sofa to watch the Grand Prix!!

Dusty - hugs; I can sympathise about the dentist

pigpen - good to see you posting; hope you feel more alive soon

Jo - not sure whether to laugh or send a hug ;) Hope it was a good night!

soappie - glad you made it back; did you enjoy the 'do'? ETA - I see you did ;)

Princess Jane - the offer of the plug in meter is there if you want it, just PM me your address. Have a look at this thread for ideas about how much other people are using.
    .

    Thanks, PM coming your way.

No flying today as chillaxing - went clubbing after work down the 'Pink Triangle' part of town, as it's known. Always have a wicked time, no hassle from men of course, and see some brilliant dancers.

Sadly we also managed to attract the only straight lads in there - two members of a and East Mids stag party, lost and terrified amid the campness.

Roast dinner and crumble eaten and all cleared away.

All the washing is dry and put away.

    I feel really hot now!

I'm hoping to sit out later and read my book, seems like it's either too bright and hot or the wind is chilly, hopefully today will be just right.

It hasn't fallen off the front page of marriage/relationships yet! It's here

Washing is back out. I need to put another load on, then do the rest of the kitchen in an attempt to get another star this week!
