Dusty - you need to be brave and go to the dentist. We'll all be thinking of you, and you can do what toots does... use us to distract yourself. In the meantime, make sure you clean your teeth properly and use mouthwash (can you get DH to go out and get you something over the counter to help until tomorrow). It may well be the stress of the last few weeks that's set it off - lots of hugs and healing vibes heading your way.
Right... need to get off my chair and start doing stuff!

I don't do that much exercise really - I had a bit of a wake-up call the other week when my health check revealed that I'm quite unfit in terms of my VO2 max and they recommended that I do more cardiovascular (aerobic) exercise to improve this, as other than that, the other tests showed that I was ok. I'm trying to improve my fitness, as I'm only 25, and should really be much fitter than I am. I'm lucky in a way that my job is flexible, as now if I know I've got a morning where I'm not booked in for supply, I look at the gym timetable and see if there is a class to go to.
On another topic, my leeks have started to germinate, as has my courgette seed, but my sweetcorn still haven't made an appearance yet. My Mum has more pots that we can use as I'll need to repot some of them now they've germinated, so I'll pick those up this avo when we go for our walk.
Didn't have time to get dressed before the last HHC, so better do that now and then I can get a load of washing on and plant my strawberries.
sexymouse xx

Thanks greenbee. I'm brushing and tpeeing as usual, none of that hurts, doing hot salt water rinses incase of infection but there is no redness/swelling. It hurts less than yesterday but I'll take some ibup in a minutes. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

Good morning all. have managed to get OH into the garden today so things are looking up. I have 2 courgette plants (gift from friend at work) and they are settling in. We also have sweetcorn, broad beans, french beans , broccoli, mixed salad leaves, tomatoes, leeks, carrots and parsnips so far - plus the potatoes which the first of which may be ready in a few weeks. We grew them in tubs and when there was a threat of frost put them in the garage overnight:D
I have also had a mini blitz of the kitchen and got 2 loads from the WM on the line.
I'm having problems with the lappy this morning - the keys are sticking and half the time the 'a' isn't working at the first hit.
I am still fridge/freezerless - the repair man came friday and the hit will be £248:eek: but the cost of a replacement would be about £700-£800 so he's coming back Tues or Wed.
Hug to so many of you who are having problems - and back healing vibes to pigpen - If you need anything pm me - I'm available to help if you need it.0 -

Let's hope that's not Dusty's problem
Dusty - I'm not a dentist... so I'm quite likely to be wrong, but if there's no pain cleaning/tpeeing/rinsing, then it could well be stress. Hope the pills help. Have a prod of the muscles to see whether it's them that is causing the problem. But go to the dentist tomorrow anyway, just to be on the safe side!0 -
oh no.....one of little ones friends is coming over to play this afternoon!!
I offered yesterday and his mum said they couldnt as they were busy! I also offered before i decided to drink 4 bottles of wine with my friend!
