Well, i got £10 for my gross chicken from asda with all the innerds still inside & decided to complain to pampers for a nappy that split everywhere (quite a while ago but thought i still should complaine as it was the truth) and another £10 voucher! My worse one was at mcdonalds gatwick . Sitting on top of my fillet o fish was a curly(yes you know the sort!) black hair. I was too embarrased to complain at the shop but did complain later by letter & i never even got a reply..yuk that was so gross, !

I once went into asda in Leeds and bought some pitta breads for 39p when I got to the till they were 38p, I went to customer service and told them they had it priced wrong, they gave me £2 for my trouble.

My wife won't let me shop either she's knows I go for the dodgy stuff.

I have done the Asda thing a number of times. If they charge you wrong at the till, take the item to the cust services (do not mention it at the till, or they will amend your receipt). The cust services will refund the difference and £2 for your trouble - it is their policy. :j

I wrote to Mars after my bag of chocolate Revels did not contain one single coffee sweet (my fave). Obviously had eaten whole bag before realising this fact. Got 3 x £1 vouchers for Mars confectionary in return!

I must have all your coffee ones.... I hate them, and every bag I buy has loads of them. The OH has learned to love them though!!

This year I vowed to myself not to just put up and shut up but also if I got good service anywhere I would also email companies to tell them. Well I still have my three thank you emails to compose but of the three letters of complaint I have written, so far waiting to hear from M and S, Pizza Hut sent me a £20 voucher after we had appalling service over the Christmas hols ( a buffet with no food and a could not care less mananger) and from Natwest
, £76 credited into an account! Very impressed with myself!
