Hya everyone...well i did it. Ate out with my husband and just had soda water. Good for me and good for the bill.

I bought some 5 HTP from H and B cos they were half price. Lets see if they help with CBH yearning that has come to the fore since the AF days kicked in.

Hahaha, lots of abrevs.

A bit of a struggle on here tonight but we're coping. Well done if you managed to stay AF (fantastic effort BHB and good on you winebox and annie) but don't worry if you didn't. I'm ashamed that I can give in so easily (like I did yesterday) when some of you have such extreme provocation.

I was determined tonight and didn't waver except for a few longing looks at people drinking on TV. Had a little munch - some cheese and a banana. It could have been worse I almost bought Crunchie today but I don't eat normally sweets and they were in packs of 7 so I didn't dare trust myself.

Okey dokey,maman. I have a supply of nibbles and lots of chocolate :j I will be on the bench around 6pm tonight - see you there maman - and any other new cutter downers who fall off the wagon at weekends, there is our nice comfy bench which we sit on over the weekend and the wagon comes back and collects us all on a Monday morning, but you can ring them up to be collected earlier if you want to
