Hi Fluffy Bishop,
I'm a cutter downer, I think AF days Mon-Thurs will work best for me and then obviously, not getting sloshed at weekends :-) I'm pretty busy mid week so this should work. I know next week will be hard but as long as I am still in miss positive mood, I'll do it.
Thanks for your comments J xDebt free by August 2011 or sooner :A0 -

Afternoon
Joined the milk thistle brigade *BOGOF at superdrug £3.42* and actually lost count of AF days, feel a tinsy bit smug. 12 including tonight.
I suffer mild psoriasis and there is a remarkable difference already. Probably a mixture of AF, diet change and milk thistle.DC.

BB - I am on 7 just updated sig
OK just to lower the tone
With less drinking has anyone noticed less farting?
I am - finding this hysterical as I have tried for years to pin down the source of the evil pumping and constant gurgling tummy I have. Trying to omit so many different foods.
Turns out it was alcohol.......................whoops.
I am now fart friendlier as well as being AF .....:) - which means less methane which is a far worse green house gas than CO2 so we are also saving the planet with our AFD's
In real life I am just as uncouth.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Hi all,
Well it's 7 for me now didn't have any last night however i really really want one of those beers in my fridge tonight. Which will lead to two which will lead to three and the next day all the anxiety and depression i get following said beer. So instead i have joined the berocca crew (no dancing as yet) built my new pram and plan to walk to the supermarket when the monkey baby wakes. He has been dangling from my hair all day so i now have non left. lol.
I'm doing a carboot of all my old clothes tomorrow and alot of baby stuff so up at the crack of dawn. another reason to resist the demon in the fridge.
Also i am so putting the lottery on tonight so that tomorrow i can wake up a millionaire not bother doing the carboot and pay for all my horrible memories to be erased, move country so i have no past haunting me and of course send you all a million each because your all so wonderful!
