Liilibet sweetheart, hopefully you are fast asleep now thanks to the wine. We've got plenty of month left to meet the targets so no worries. Do go and see your GP tomorrow and tell us what's bothering you if it helps to talk.

'night to everyone else:A (and Lillibet of course)

Morning all (not quite up to jumping smilies this morning:o)

Feeling awful this morning, physically and emotionally. Eyes are all puffy from crying and head is pounding - why on earth do we all do this to ourselves:confused:

I'm not even sure what brought on this blip - I'd had a brilliant day. However, went to do the p.m. school run and heard Franki Valli, My Eyes Adored You on the radio. Started singing along and suddenly there were tears rolling down my face:confused: It was a 'sod it, let's just get takeaway and a bottle' moment'. I was suddenly sooooo tired of being a DFW, a PADder, a AFDer, an OSer (this is a bit like a second language isn't it - I can put 'bilingual' on my CV)

WOW!!! Am sitting here in bed with my coffee and my spaniels and I can hear A CUCKOO!!!!!!! Now doesn't that lift your day straight away.

OK world, watch out, Lillibet's back:T

Thank you all so very much for your kind words last night. My world felt like it was absolutely falling apart - and of course it isn't:T

    Have a good day:smileyhea

P.S. Will have to talk to the GP today because you are not supposed to stop taking this medication outright - it should be a gradual 'coming-off' process. How silly am I going to feel explaining that I flushed them all down the loo:o Still, rather that than the alternative. I read somewhere that 'Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem' and whenver these really black moments appear (which, thankfully is almost once in a blue moon) I hold that thought in my head.

*shuffles off, humming 'the sun'll come out tomorrow'* xxxxxx

Edited: no smutty comments about being bilingual please!!!!!!

Hi Lililbet, glad to hear that there are things in life that make you smile, I find myself smiling when the sun is out when I get up, or I hear the birds sing in the morning too. It's good to enjoy these things!

Take care hun, have you thought about going to see your GP to explain what happened with the tabs, esp if you were taking them daily before? Might be an idea?

LD, I am so glad you are back and posting and got your positivness back, it can all be tiring, but don't forget to feel proud of all your achievements in the PAD, OS, AF'ing you've been doing recently, makes you a lot stronger than a lot of people out there!!!

All that remains to be said is......

    Morning Fedup
I was not taking them daily. With the GP's consent, I have been on alternate days for about 2 months and was on my first attempt at going 3 days between. Guess the drop was maybe too much, too soon. Will see what he says today though. I soooooo want to get off them - they were originally prescribed during the (very, very bitter) divorce, house move, son moving to live with father and subsequent court hearings etc. etc. etc. I was hoping that they would be my 'better me' challenge for May but think that that may not be the best choice now!!!!!!

    Have a good day!
