I am eating far worse now than I did previously although I don't do the midnight wine fuelled feasting anymore. And Jo will be pleased I am even sometimes wanting sweet stuff which I never did before
The only thing I have stopped doing is the 1+ bottle of wine a night
And although I have cut down earlier this month, the only weightloss I have seen has been through ccompletely (almost) cutting out wine.
Odd eh? I know its logical as wine is so loaded with calories - but I am developing a shape and a waist  - I am more normally shaped a bit like spongebobsquarepants - small but square - its all going from my middle area?
Hugs to you!
PS its more of an incentive than some things for me - I am stingy and my clothes were starting to not fit at all even with the aid of elastic, safety pins and string
Well I am a bumpkin after all..........................Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:

Morning all,
40sm~that made me laugh. I've done the "oh heck I'm moving!" "Oh no I'm not it's the car next to me" :rotfl:I've had the same pair of work shoes for 7 years because they are the only ones I can drive in apart from trainers
I am also really rather dippy and must have been at the back of the queue when they were handing out common sense and they ran out of time. I almost bought a Wii Fit yesterday at a bargain price not realising you need the Wii console first!
Fay~the weight loss is fab news. It's an incentive for me too. I'm the heaviest I've been since 2000. That was the year that DH and I went to Corfu and I ate soooo much Mousaka and drank pints of beer. I stood on the scales when I got home and really wished I hadn't
Thanks for all the messages of support. I truly had the worst day yesterday. But no point looking back and I feel much better today. I hope the kids are better behaved for me tonight.Need to start again0 -

40sm :rotfl::rotfl:to the car story, sort of thing I would do that...day 2 of the stopping for a while challenge and I hope as I am not recovering today from the previous nights excess that I can stick with it..am feeling positive at the moment and have made sure of a supply of choklit
you have all made me smile today, seems a nice upbeat day...
Fay well done on your 'changing shape' bet that is a nice incentive to stay af...
I am just hoping I don't put on any weight as I am definitely eating more sweet stuff when not drinking (probably not really more calories as I do get major munchies when on wine so I should still be in credit so to speak, but why does scoffing a double decker 'feel' so much more fattening than a bottle of wine
Started off a lovely day here, now gone suddenly dark and its raining again as usual bang on time for the school run :rolleyes:Jun GC £250.00/£12.40 NSD 3 / 30
