Hi all, 40sm well done on going for the lemonade....my dh is cutting down with me at the moment and is loving Irn Bru, especially as it looks like cider in the glass!!! I am on 14 days now including tonight which is def af as am almost ready for my bed...really tired tonight...

went out earlier to give blood for the first time in years and years and they couldn't take it from me as apparantly my iron level was too low :rolleyes: I was really disapointed..then went to kfc so my dieting is really not happening and followed that with 2 chunks of dh's massive bar of toblerone (Fathers day pressie but apparantly he doesn't like it.....shame ) just had an apple to try to balance it out a bit

oh and does anyone know if the corn from kfc counts as part of the 5 a day
