Thank you 40SM for making me giggle today :D

Jo, my speciality is making other people giggle without meaning it . The funny thing is I sometimes don't get the joke:o:p

  • 40SM - Know where you are coming from - I work in a catholic school ;)

Jo- Onwards and upwards. ;) Doesn't taste as good as what you are expecting after a few weeks does it ?

We slept outside in the tent last night, cooked tea outside etc. Have to say Alcohol did not cross my mind at all until the middle of the night when I woke up thirsty ...... and wondering why I was so thirsty cause I didn't have any alcohol

Though regretting shaving my head again yesterday as it was damn cold ! :rotfl:

    Best Wishes

    Andy

  • I had to go upstairs and have a cry :o I know it won't be the last time that I hear such words from my sons, but OMG it was awful.

THEN DH phones. and hung up  I cried some more.

    Morning all

FH - sounds like something which happens to me on a weekly basis. But everybody says that teenage boys are a lot easier than girls - so you can look forward to that!!!!! As mentioned before here, my 3 teenage girls plus Mr PIR drive me to crying on many an occasion. I used to resort to alcohol, but now I feel stronger not doing. Why should I suffer even more by giving myself a hangover on top of everything else???

    Have a great day all

    xx

    HI Guys

The scary thing about my dream was that it was the sort of thing I would do. I permanently live in LaLa land.

I have now arrived safely at work . I say Safely but....

I arrived at work , parked , pushed my seat back so I could change my shoes ( I can't drive with my work shoes). As I was changing the said shoes I noticed that the car next to me was reversing and I thought " Oh I could have sworn that car was empty...... Oh my car is moving. In my panic I thought slam on breaks but of course my seat was so far back that my little legs would not reach . Just in time I remembered what the handbrake was for so I managed to stop the car just in time to avoid hitting a passing car . PHEW. I got out the car , the woman in the car opposite gave me a funny look . I went :o:confused:.

So ladies I confirm that it s not blondes that are dumb . I am very dark brown ( or was pre nice & easy) and you don't get more dippy than me.

Its amazing that I have got to 44 and I am still alive. Although I have nearly died of embarrasment a few times:rotfl::rotfl:

    Have a good day everyone.

Wow, that's great Fay, well done. Have to say I'm very envious. Did you mean you are still eating rubbish it's just cutting out drinking that's changed? Whichever way you look at it that's a great incentive, thanks!
