    Sorry to hear about the job closing early Orchid... bummer, just keep your eyes peeled and subscribe to their email for jobs. I've not heard from my NHS job application either!! I tend to write quite a bit and save it so juggle it around when I apply for a different job. Told the manager at work I was going full-time so they've agreed to up my hours!! I'll get out of there one day. It's not that I dont like it jsut doesnt have the appeal and fun of the hospital.

    And yes it does sound like the same book, it's making far too much sense and is helping a lot.

    Come on glasgowgirl, hang in there, ride it out and over. Can you distract yourself in some way, keep yourself busy doing something and brush your teeth (mint and wine don't go together!)

    primary care medical secretary; 7 GP's, 2 nurses, CAT team, mental health team and I work 25 hours!!! absolute mental. always done med sec work 24 years now. The job I applied for was read coding at the hospital - you can work your way up to a higher grade.

    FUAD = am too cleaning the kitchen. Otherwise I just seem to wait to go to bed these days :rotfl::rotfl:
