I have to ask what is berocca and is it any good? What does it do? I've seen an advert with people dancing around?

Will be typing a long message in a minute but had to say Kelly, yeah us that are Berocca'd up dance around like idiots all day :rotfl: :rotfl:

Joking aside, I am feeling the benefits of taking Berocca and only been taking it since Saturday.

It's on special in Tesco at the moment, £5 odd for the 30 pack. It's not unpleasant but reminds me a bit of taking resolve in the morning

    Morning
The wagon was very bumpy last night around 6 pm, got through it with good ol' Yorkshire tea, and a quick look on here to see Jo was struggling too. Was 75% set on driving into town for Stella until I read the latest posts.
So all good, 9 days AF free.

Well done on being AF yesterday....was it the special anniversary...if so well done again.I hope you will start to feel better about things now that you have gotten over all the 1sts(.i.e.birthdays,xmas,this time last years etc).
It was after I lost my first DH that I started drinking heavily and it took 30 years to stop:eek:
Keep up the good progress you have made and take care of YOU.

    Welcome back Aging Biker (Again:D)

Well done to those doing well and hugs to everyone struggling...especially Jo. My eldest DD was the teenager from hell. From The age of 14 to 18, I didnt like her at all.But they do grow out of this and she is lovely now.As BHB says ...just be thankful she is safe and healthy.....I know you might not feel like it at the mo...but maybe just count your blessings, count to ten....and be thankful for the family you have to GLUE together.
    Hope you soon feel better.
I too started taking Berocca yesterday ( have yellow wee) and am constantly dancing:D:rolleyes:
    Take care

Just wanted to say WELCOME BACK AB  :D

How you doing? What prompted you to come back apart from boozing during the footie?

Just a quick one- just went online and Boots have a 3 for 2 offer on Berocca if anyone needs to stock up- in fact it looks like all their vitamins and minerals are 3 for 2 online at the moment so I might stock up on milk thistle too.
