    Hi everyone :hello:

I have just popped in very quickly to say: Hi to everyone and lots of love. I am just so tired so I am not going to stay up tonight.

Hugs to everyone and I shall catch you all later in the week, probably Friday as its meditation tomorrow evening and then my Thursday night which you know is always so late.

So Dear 40sm I am on The Full Monty so far and I will be tomorrow and Thursday night too. Sorry you are feeling stressed and tired. Take care and Hugs xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Btw Jo I had a dream about you which involved a potato peeler and a fluffy ladybird. (I know I need to rest ) Hope you are ok? Hugs xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Fay hugs to you too. ((())) xxxxxxxxxxxx

Pricey hugs and not long now until the end of the exams. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Gc thanks and you are a star  Thankyou everyone for your kind wishes, they are much appreciated and you are all lovely. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Well done everyone for resisting temptation!

Orchid, I was watching tv (telly, Lurky!), "Make my body younger", scary stuff! Anyway, I thought aaarrrggghh I haven't done my wii yet! I only want to be completely honest in this thread so I got myself up and on that balance ball. I only did about 15 mins but that's 15 mins more than I would have done. More tomorrow! Also, as an added bonus I found out I've put on a pound since the last time. Anyway, I'm glad we've got our deal otherwise I would never have got off the sofa.

Loving the phrase constant vigilance. It's so true! Careful guys!
