    You are all certifable :)

A thing I have noticed, although DONT quote me on this one

After day 2 or 3 of AFD's the bells do get a bit depleted.

However after a day of alcohol even after a month or so off - its torture

    Is it worth it?

I am slowly beginning to wonder

Not that they don't sometimes shout randomly - but in all honesty after a couple of days they aren't generally so loud or so often :)
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
    minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
    :money:Sleeves up folks.:money:

For me Fay....I would say No it's not.I too found out that after a few days off and a bit of complacency the bells come back worse than ever.I am one of those that must abstain totally....One is too many......

    I don't know about 2 or 3 days, after a week for me :)

Definitely still has a random shout though and it becomes more unexpected, so extra vigilance must be ready

For me, and maybe for you after what you've said, it's definitely not worth it, I can't stand going through day 1's and I've been through 100's and 100's of them over the last 16 years
