Hi all. 6 AFDs for me! Am posting now so that I have to resist temptation later or admit it tomorrow. Going to make a nice healthy dinner and then settle down to my recorded Apprentice, even though I've not managed to avoid finding out the result.

Love the pool BHB. Mind you don't drop your earringed phone in it!

    Have a great evening all.

Don't cry Orchid. One moment of weakness doesn't mean you're beaten. Think about your new job opportunities and your exciting future. I'm saying that and trying to listen to myself as I also am trying to find a new career. I'm thinking that drinking less can only help us. Good luck with it all.

Well done to those who've lost weight. I'm trying to lose some too. I was hoping it would be easy if I cut done on the drinking so I hope I don't just get even more sweet cravings. Life is full of temptation and that's the only thing I can't resist!

was meant to be af today but not happening :o:o as I mentioned earlier one of my twins ran straight out of a shop onto a busy street without lookking, I chased her but didn't catch her till she was almost over the road and only by a miracle was there no cars - as I chased her I was fully expecting to see her go flying or something  anyway I know it is stupid butI just can't stop thinking about it and the half bottle of wine in the fridge has beaten me today as I just feel sooo awful...I just feel like crying

    Hi Guys :hello:

Hope you are all ok? I am still feeling unwell, got some neck pain and a headache oh and I am soooooo tired. Just a tad worried as the other night I just couldn't spell anything  Hope its not old age? Seriously maybe I just need a rest?

So my my dear 40sm I am on 8/8 and don't feel at all like drinking, thankyou for keeping score this month :T and I do hope that you are feeling better now and those Monday Blues have left you? Take care of yourself and that rabble of yours :rotfl: (Personally I like to refer to them as little treasures) :D Hugs xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

To the Af slimming gang ;) well done to Mp, Miss P, Nettie and 115k :T Great results and I hope to join you at some point? Though feeling rough and not going to the gym at the moment, so I feel overweight and unfit, you all know how it goes. Still I am very pleased for you all. Envy is not a good quality but being pleased for other peoples success is definitely a good quality :D I'll go with the latter. Hugs my super slimmers and keep up the good work. :j ((())) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Fedup hugs sweetheart and I hope you are feeling better? I also sleep terrible and I don't know if this is making me feel worse now? So take care and look after yourself, treat yourself kindly and get an early night if you can? Hugs xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Bhb (Thought I'd do pink for you :D) Well done on not drinking and my oh my you do have an impressive garden :T The pool looks fab and you have all that space, and just think it is perfectly placed to watch Dear Mrs Bhb weeding and watering. But still I bet you let her take a break when she needs to pass you a nice cold glass of fizzy water :rotfl:Some might say: "you are all heart" I'd go for: "you are a lucky guy". Still matey I guess you already know that anyway  Hugs to you all. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Orchid sweetheart hugs ((())) and you must have been beside yourself today, still luckily your little one is safe and sound but heavens don't they give you a heart attack? Good luck with the new job application and I do hope you get it. So take care but give your little ones an extra bedtime hug tonight and tell them how precious they are. Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Jo sweetheart hugs ((())) and I am sorry you have not been feeling well, how has your appointment gone? I hope all is ok and please post when you can to let us all know how you have gone on? Thinking of you and sending you lots of love.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Winebox hugs Angel and I too like Gc am worried over your OH's reaction  I am at a loss as to why he would react in that way? It is not nice and you deserve so much better, so please stay strong for yourself and do what you wish not what someone else is trying to make you do. Budgie is hoping you are ok? Please take care and look after yourself. Hugs xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Annie D glad you are ok, well done for pouring the real beer away :T Mr BB is a glaze sprayer well for the last 25 years, Sadly all the jobs in our area: The Potteries are nearly all gone, he has found himself with a skill that no one needs anymore. So he is willing to do anything but he will be 47 in October so his age is against him. But if anyone is looking for a: hardworking guy with great qualities then I know a guy that fits the bill ;) Have a great week and lots of love. xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Waves to: Fay, Wbf, Dc, Nettie, GG, Maman, Ld,Eselt, Mackeroo, Hopeful, Fluffy, Ttgu, Ld, Maz, Sea, CC, Pricey and of course my: VERY DEAR LURKY. Hugs to you all. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hugs to all struggling, espesh to Orchid (((())))

Andy, so jealous of the garden and pool....AND the weather

As well as the specs, the doc has signed me off for 7 days, doubt I'll stay off that long though, too boring

Also had a quiet word with doc about OH and he said to ask him to come down to check his chloresterol as it's been a year or so since he started the statins and it'd be good to see if they're working ;) OH was impressed and so I've made him an appt for Wed evening. He's gonna ask about his lifestyle including drinking etc and recommend he has a basic blood as well including kidney and liver function and GGT just to have a general health check.

I hope none of you think I'm wrong going behind his back, it's only cos I'm worried...

How you feeling tonight Budgie?? :)

    Hi to everyone else

    Thanks Jo :)

Of course we all know that you are only worried about your other half. I have said it before but you are so adorable, and please take the time off your Doctor wants you to, You need to feel well again and build up your strength.

I know its easier to say, I last had 2 days off sick in 2007 and that was when I had gone into work absolutley dreadful and they sent me home again. Well the real reason was it was just before Christmas and they didn't want to catch anything. Felt like a leper though. Hey ho.

So lots of love and DO LOOK AFTER YOURSELF.

    Big hugs
