I like your swimming pool BHB.

I'm not going to be AF tonight. My sis is coming round with vodka and lime and sparkling water this evening and I'm making jacket spuds, green salad, coleslaw, bean salad and so on so we will be okay on the eating healthy front at least today.

    hi All;
40SM - put me down for 7 pls.

I did have a some drink yday - quite a bit i think but am allowed once a week, as I took the kids out for a meal - Bella Italia - scrummy! followed by a bottle of Rose at home. Woke up this morning feeling great even though was very hungover, I just felt so good that I'd managed to drink on one occasion only and had fri/sat AF!

Am tired so am sure with a antihistamine I'll sleep fine.

Just in from work and DS2 has put Ghost on sky+ so am very content :T love the film

BHB - your pool is fab!

and yes I lost the 4lb just through drink and binge eating - I mean lack of; I've not even took the dog out as much as usual (I've been in hiding as I made a prat of myself a few weeks back - v v drunk)

Anyway  to a AF week! (that's fizzy water btw)

I'm impressed with how well you are all doing - excellent!!

Not an AF day for me I'm afraid today as there was free wine offered at a lunchtime event. Not sorry I had some but will need to make up for it later in the month in a rush at the end no doubt.

Great pool and garden. Living in Camden that garden looks big enough to fit my whole street in!

    Evening!

Hope all the poorly ones are feeling a bit better now.

40sm - can you update my total to 2 please?

Slipped up last night. Was out with a friend and ended up drinking more than a bottle of wine. Didn't enjoy it and am feeling really rotten today - major regrets.

    Back on the wagon...

    xx

was meant to be af today but not happening :o:o as I mentioned earlier one of my twins ran straight out of a shop onto a busy street without lookking, I chased her but didn't catch her till she was almost over the road and only by a miracle was there no cars - as I chased her I was fully expecting to see her go flying or something

anyway I know it is stupid butI just can't stop thinking about it and the half bottle of wine in the fridge has beaten me today as I just feel sooo awful...I just feel like crying

sorry for the that...hope you are all feeling ok and well done to all those who seem to be doing absolutely great....I will still do my best to reach my target this month but I have a feeling its going to be tight...

    hugs xxx
