    Right Jo- lavender for your pillow and bath later on, calomile tea, stay on here and post, choose your favourite meal for tea, offer to drive anywhere (except the offie), chocolate, hot chocolate, holby, bit more on here, read inspiring poetry. That should do it! I hope.

    had a bit of a bender this wkend. but will be AF tonight.....i hope! xxx i went to H&B to go buy some Kudzo but couldnt find it....and there was a massive queue at the counter. heart echo on thurs....wish me luck!! xxx

    Had an odd day today which I will be glad to see the back of tbh. Pleased to say that I didnt use it as an excuse to open the wine for a change:rolleyes: but I will be putting the day to bed pretty early tonight I think.

    Af again today for me. Mustn't relax with it though.

    I saw someone's post earlier mentioning AA . It remimded me that years ago i was the person who "ran/sat in on/led/opened the doors" of AA meetings. I had forgotten that. I used to think, "Wow, how do these people let their lives escalate out of control like this, just for alcohol?" Years later that person was me. Shocking. A shock to me. I wonder if i will slip back. I don't want to but I wonder if i will. All that drink, all that money wasted, all those, oh, all those awful things said and done. Madness.
