    WB, you're turning into someone I don't know  it's great!! :D

Lurks, lol at the vimto joke. Who was it that loves the vimto, was it YM....._pale_ makes me want to vomit (the vimto not YM :D)

FUAS, enjoy the rice pudding and tea, you also live by the seat of your pants my dear.

And, so do I, just eaten some singapore noodles, washed down with some orange squash and about to have a choklit muffin washed down with a cup of decaf, I just can't take the pace of this fast living

A little on edge as OH just rung, he's in the pub and has been for quite a few hours. He said as he's still in uniform he won't be out for long which is really p!ssing me off cos that means he'll be home before I go to bed being drunk and breathing fumes everywhere :(

I must admit last time he said he was 'only having one' he was in the pub at 4.30pm and got home just after 5......am

It's awkward (sp? that don't look right??) when he's got his uniform on as he works on the buses and if he's been drinking and in uniform then he shouldn't really be getting on a bus home. This means one of two things, if he stays out and gets mullered then he'll get a cab home late, but if he comes home any time up to 11pm then he'll want me to pick him up from the station and I was about to get into me PJ's  that will really p!ss me off, big styleee!! plus he'll be drunk and he's a touchy feely happy drunk  that p!sses me off even more, especially when I'm sober!!

Man walks into a bar with a wide roll of tarmac under his arm & orders 2 pints, "one for me & one for the road".

Next day he goes in again, this time with a much narrower strip of tarmac under his arm, & orders a pint. The barman says "nothing for your friend today?" & the man replies "oh he mustn't touch alcohol he's a total cyclepath"

    *wince*

Just off for the rice pud now!

Used to live by the seat of my pants. Remember the end of the 80's and early 90's?

Not now mind, rice pud is wild enough for me and the rain watering my plants!

How times change from the infamous Friday night girl last one standing at 8am all washed down with severla cans of red stripe a brandy or 2 and a bottle of whisky to this eh?

At least my liver should have recovered now after 10years away from that lifestyle and 6mths of cutting down my alcohol use to finally facing an teetotal month!

Yipee!!!!!! Happy at last !!!!! Now I don't hide behind a mask of haze and fumes any longer.

This is me, this is me, straight and sober, take it or leave it.

Right off for me pud now and Gardeners World CBBC presenting course, back later :D
