Did I sound a wee bit sensitive in my response... guess its going to take time for me to adjust my sense of humour to my alcohol intake.. i've been like tigger on speed this week, but thankfully its friday and i've finished work and got the school disco to look forward to..
(DD's disco.. i'm too old for school, I get to sell sweets, as long as I don't dance/sing or do anything equally embarrassing.....)AFD - J 19 J 11 A 2 S 10 Oct 6 N 0/?

Ooh a florest has just turned up outside the office . I wonder if they are for me ....
Cheeky beggar wasn't even delivering flowers . He went into the back of his van got a black bin bag out and put it in our bin ...
For once I am glad the delivery was not for me:rotfl::rotfl:

T2GU, no you didn't lol, I on the other hand am very guarded when responding to people mentioning alcohol :rotfl: I love school discos, I work in a school and we have work do's quite often, not the same as selling sweets at the kiddies version.....though doubt I'll be partaking in half the festivities that I usually do at our next one next month.....DFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -
Oh and another thing about the work do next month....I don't want to go and had no intention of going, but apparently I have to as the Head is leaving and it will be a whole day affair and I'm 'required' to be there till the end
I shall have to drive inDFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -
Jo, I promise I won't mention the A word again...ever......;)
As for work do's.. yuk... I hate them, i'd rather spend my money with people I choose to spend time with not those that I have to spend time with... dose of flu prehaps?AFD - J 19 J 11 A 2 S 10 Oct 6 N 0/?
